Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No returns on electrical items.
Fuel system parts i.e.. fuel pumps and injectors can only be returned in the original unopened sealed packages for full refunds - the restocking fee of 25% applies. Any opened fuel parts will be have to recalibrated and sealed by an outside fuel system shop and charges are always incurred.
All part have to be returned with an Online Power Products issued RMA only. No parts are accepted after 1 month from the time of purchase.
Parts are not a diagnostic tool and should not be treated that way as your return could be rejected.
All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions.
