Description
255368 Water pump rebuild service, for the 4 and 6 cylinder water pumps, used on the 2300, 3400, D198 and D298 series series Hercules engines.
This service includes; new bearings, new water pump seal, snap ring, pump attaching gasket, gasket cover.
Your existing water pump impeller will be reused and may need to be modified.
Do to the complexity of rebuilding these pumps, Online Power Products no longer offers the parts for a diy option.
Online Power Products will rebuild your pump for you at the above price, which includes all the necessary parts. 1 year warranty included.
Its your responsibility to remove the pump and ship it to Online Power Products. Once completed the pump will be returned to you and you will do the reinstall. Lead time to rebuild is one week plus the shipping time.
Your other option is to purchase an already, rebuilt water pump and return the core when finished. This option is $1850.00 dollars which includes the core charge of $1000 dollars.
The core charge of $1000.00 will be returned when Online Power Products receives a rebuild-able core. No damage to the main housing/casting at all constitutes a rebuild-able core. Your deposit will be electronically returned.
Broken castings will be accepted, casting repair will come from the $1000.00 deposit.
